Social Justice

At UCC, we and our denomination, believe that our call as Christians is to advocate for social justice in our community and world. We have been active in projects and protests to support those who are discriminated against, marginalized and disadvantaged through no fault of their own.

We support equal rights for all people regardless of race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity.

We support comprehensive immigration reform in order to treat with respect our neighbors from other countries who seek to be a contributing citizen of the U.S.

We support programs and policies that support and uplift those who struggle economically. We fund programs that feed the poor.

Join us as we seek to promote equality, justice and economic fairness for all.
